Do I need to be vaccinated to travel on your tours?

From the 5th of April 2022, there will be no requirement to present your My Vaccine Pass to travel on our tours. Please view our COVID-19 Travel Info for more details.

Is lunch included in the price of my tour?

Lunch is only included in the tour where stated. However, in many cases lunch can be purchased as an optional extra when booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your tour booking up to 2 hours before departure without penalty. Cancellations within 2 hours result in a 100% cancellation fee. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.

What is the child age?

Children’s fares apply to children aged 5-14 years inclusive. There is no charge for infants (children aged 4 years old or under) when not occupying a seat. However, please advise our reservations team if an infant is travelling.

Do we have to pre-book our tour?

Yes, all tours must be booked in advance. During the summer months (December – February) many of our tours sell out quickly, so we advise customers to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Are your coaches equipped with toilets?

Yes, your GreatSights coach will be equipped with an onboard toilet and we also make regular stops during the day. This excludes GS39 (Rotorua CitySights tour), GS99 (Queenstown Highlights tour) and some third party tour providers.

Do your coaches have free Wi-Fi?

Yes, all GreatSights coaches are equipped with free onboard Wi-Fi. Please note that some routes are serviced by third-party operators.

Do you offer a multi-lingual commentary?

Yes, many of our tours provide multilingual commentary in Japanese, Spanish and Mandarin. Check the tour information for details.
